Mission Statement

At the heart of my teaching is a mission to create safe, supportive spaces where every body—big or small—can breathe, move, and simply be. What began as a personal healing journey after the loss of my sister in 2011 has grown into a family-centered yoga practice rooted in compassion, connection, and care.

Through beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and body-inclusive yoga sessions, I offer storytelling yoga for children, relaxation-focused classes for adults, and intentional offerings for prenatal and postnatal parents. Whether it’s a child learning to self-soothe through play, a parent rediscovering their breath, or a whole family practicing presence together—my goal is to make yoga a gentle, accessible tool for emotional regulation, anxiety relief, and inner peace.

With meditation audios coming soon, I continue to grow and serve others through the same practice that helped me heal—because everyone deserves a space to feel calm, seen, and supported.
